Search for predicted targets of novel small RNAs         [Go to TargetScanFly]

Enter nucleotides 2-8 of a small RNA sequence (e.g. "AGCUAGC")

The primary TargetScanFly site uses TargetScanS to predict biological targets of annotated miRNAs by searching for the presence of 8mer and 7mer sites that match the seed region of each miRNA.

TargetScanFly Custom extends this search to conserved sites matching novel miRNAs and siRNAs.
